Indication
Treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), dyspepsia, and nausea in women. Particularly useful for pregnancy-related GERD and gastroparesis.
Mode of Action
Esomeprazole reduces gastric acid secretion via proton pump inhibition. Domperidone enhances gastric motility and reduces nausea through dopamine receptor antagonism.
