Urinary alkalizer for kidney stone prevention and UTI
Indication
Used to alkalinize urine in treatment and prevention of kidney stones (uric acid and cystine stones). Also indicated for symptomatic relief in urinary tract infections.
Mode of Action
Disodium hydrogen citrate alkalinizes urine, increasing solubility of uric acid and cystine, preventing stone formation. Vitamin B6 reduces oxalate excretion.
