Indication
Treatment of overactive bladder (OAB) with symptoms of urge urinary incontinence, urgency, and urinary frequency. Alternative to anticholinergics.
Mode of Action
Selective beta-3 adrenergic receptor agonist that relaxes detrusor smooth muscle during bladder filling, increasing bladder capacity and reducing urgency.
